O R D E R
The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to expedite the enquiry pending on the file of the second respondent right from 01.08.2022 onwards.
2.Heard Mr.Safar Badusha, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3.Admittedly, the enquiry proceedings are pending on the file of the second respondent. Without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, it would suffice to direct the second respondent to conclude the enquiry, after affording a fair opportunity to the parties concerned in the subject matter of dispute before the second respondent and pass final orders within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/5
