ORDER
This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.662 of 2025, dated 13.02.2025.
2. Ms.S.Prabha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and she prays for
relaxation of the said condition.
3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent- Police submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions regularly without any violation.
4. In view of the compliance made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.
5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and condition No.7(ii) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.662 of 2025, dated 13.02.2025, is hereby fully relaxed. The other conditions shall hold good.
