Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.SATHISH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.Muthumanikkam, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10866 of 2020 dated 06.10.2020, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond. 2.
Anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner on 06.10.2020, we are in the fag end of July 2021. The petitioner has not chosen to appear before the concerned Court and produce sureties to comply with the conditions. He has not chosen to respond to the order of this Court. The reason stated by him that due to corona second wave and lock down he is unable to produce sureties cannot be accepted, for the reason that from October 2020 to till mid of March 2021 , there was near normalcy.
3. Due to the indolent of attitude shown by the petitioner in disobeying and not complying with the conditions imposed by this Court , this Court is not inclined to extend time to produce sureties.

4. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
