ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.2978 of 2025 in Crl.O.P(MD). No.1617 of 2025, dated 06.03.2025.

2. Mr.S.Arockiyaselvaramesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, submits that the petitioners gave been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent- Police submits that the petitioners have complied with the conditions regularly without any violation.

4. In view of the compliance made by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in the said Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.2978 of 2025 in Crl.O.P(MD). No.1617 of 2025, dated 06.03.2025, is hereby fully relaxed.
