PETITIONS FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C COMMON PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. Not known Of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police.
COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 498(A) and 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act in Crime No.Not Known of 2021, respectively, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any prima facie case is made out against the petitioners, the respondent police shall register the First Information Report or close the petition enquiry. If any mediation is conducted by the respondent police in the meanwhile, the petitioners shall appear in the mediation. Till then, the respondent police is directed not to arrest the petitioners. 5.Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
