ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent herein, to give police protection for life of the petitioner, based on the complaint, dated 23.06.2021.

2. When the matter taken up for hearing on 22.07.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that no representation has not been received by the official respondents sofar from the petitioner. Even today, the very same submission has been made by him.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he is not in a position to ascertain whether the representation was sent or not.

4. As mentioned earlier, without even enclosing the copy of the receipt or acknowledgement card along with the typed set of papers, the petitioner has made very same allegation against the third respondent. Hence, this Court has adjourned the matter, under the caption for 'final disposal'.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9729 of 2021 5.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation to the official respondents, if any necessity arises.
