[Judgment of the Court was delivered by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J.] These appeals are directed against an interim order granted in W.P.(MD).No.13212 of 2016, dated 01.08.2016.
2. The learned Senior counsel appearing for the first respondent/writ petitioner submitted that pursuant to the meeting convened by the appellant/University, the services of the first respondent/writ petitioner has been terminated with effect from 24.03.2017. The learned Senior counsel appearing for the first respondent/writ petitioner further submits that even in the writ petition nothing survives for adjudication.
3. In the light of the subsequent development, nothing further survives in these appeals. Accordingly, all the writ appeals and the writ petition stand disposed of, in the light of the order passed by the Madurai Kamaraj University, dated 24.03.2017.
