ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel for the fourth respondent.

2.The petitioner asserts that she is the biological sister of the private respondents herein. However, the private respondents https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.14459 of 2019 herein who are her brothers had suppressed her existence and got legal heir certificate following the demise of their mother as if they alone are the legal heirs. This had been set right after the petitioner filed W.P.(MD)No.3900 of 2019. Now the petitioner is having a legal heir certificate in which she has also been included along with her brothers. Now she wants the revenue records to be changed accordingly. The Deputy Tahsildar is present in person before this Court. He states that within a period of 30 days, he can conclude the enquiry. Accordingly, the third respondent is directed to enquire into the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eights weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Before passing final order, the jurisdictional Tahsildar will put the private respondents on notice.
