Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.VIGNESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crimal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time permitted by this Court to deposit the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- and produce the sureties vide order in Crl.OP(MD)No.8712 of 2022 dated 19.05.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to financial crisis, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.OP(MD)No.8712 of 2022 dated 19.05.2022.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 19.05.2022 in Crl.OP(MD)No.8712 of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
