O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.457 of 2020 dated 17.06.2020 and to file the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli as against the accused persons within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.457 of 2020, which was registered against the accused persons, for the offences punishable under Sections 420 of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after lapse of two years, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, this petition. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) seeks three months time to complete the investigation.

4. Considering the nature of crime, three months time is granted to complete the investigation and to file Final Report in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
