O R D E R

The petitioner filed this writ petition praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the second respondent herein to consider representation dated 30.08.2020 given by the petitioner and act upon the same within the time limit as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that in earlier on the receipt of the representation dated 30.08.2020, the second respondent herein initiated an enquiry in C.No.G3/20663/1288/2020 dated 06.09.2020, in which summon has been issued to the opposite party. He would further submit that in respect of the same dispute the petitioner herein lodged one another complaint in the month of July 2020 and upon which, the second respondent herein initiated an enquiry in C.S.R.No.530 of 2020 and the same is still pending. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor it appears that the grievance redressed by the petitioner had already been considered by the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.11991 of 2020 Therefore, no further order is necessary in respect of the prayed sought for by the petitioner. However, since the enquiry is pending in the month of July, it would appropriate to direct the second respondent to complete the enquiry.

4.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
