No.6660 of 2022 This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the order of this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.9195 of 2022 dated 19.05.2022. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner's brother-in-law is not well and he could not able to surrender before the trial Court, within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the time is extended for a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
