This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 303 days to prefer the 1/3

criminal revision petition as against the order, dated 08.03.2024 passed in C.C.No.80 of 2024 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court at Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned on condition to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within two (2) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
