ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A) IPC in Crime No.36 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

4.It is submitted that the petitioner got married to the so called victim girl and HCP filed in this regard was also closed. In view of the same, a direction is issued to the respondent to close the FIR. Since a direction has been given to close the FIR itself, there is no need for any grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
