ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to conduct enquiry and register an FIR based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 29.06.2019, in compliance of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No. IV, Madurai, in Cr.M.P. No. 173/2022, dated 11.02.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) seeks one week time to file final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No. IV, Madurai. 3.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to register an FIR on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of this order, complete the investigation and file final report before the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
