W.P.(MD)No.12028 of 2020 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel submitted that in view of the objections raised by the writ petitioner, there is no proposal to erect electric pole in the petition mentioned land 4.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
