ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is holding the post of Conductor in the respondent Corporation. It appears that he was unauthorizedly absent. But till date no suspension order has been issued. No charge memo has been issued. While the Management is at liberty to take action against the petitioner, they have to necessarily permit him to join duty now. The petitioner shall be permitted to join duty immediately. I grant liberty to the Management to take action against the petitioner for the alleged act of misconduct said to have been committed. With this liberty to the Management, this writ petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
