PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.1174 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.279 of 2021. 2.This Court already dismissed the Criminal Original Petition by order dated 20.07.2021 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in C.C.No.279 of 2021 on the file of the learned Principal Special Court for EC & NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the learned Additional District Judge requests further time to dispose of the said case.
