ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 341, 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) I.P.C., in Crime No. 68 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that due to wordy quarrel, the petitioner abused the de facto complainant in filthy language, attacked him by using knife and also gave a life threat to him. Hence, the case.
3. Heard both sides. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

On perusal of the records it is seen that it is a second anticipatory bail petition and the earlier petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.3950 of 2023 was dismissed by this Court on 02.03.2023 on the ground that the petitioner is having five previous cases. Now, it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that out of five cases, in two cases the petitioner was acquitted and three cases are pending against the petitioner.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that three cases are pending against the petitioner and there is no change of circumstances after dismissal of the earlier petition, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
