O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent No.1 to instruct the Respondent No.2 for not to harass the petitioner and her husband by name Maniraj and her family members by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner on 15.04.2025 in accordance with law.

2.According to the petitioner, the second respondent without any reason frequently come to the house of the petitioner and enquired about her husband. In this regard, the petitioner has sent a representation, dated 15.04.2025 to the second respondent, but no action has been taken. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's husband is a historysheeted rowdy and he is having more than five cases to his credit. In order to ascertain the movement of the petitioner's husband, they went to the petitioner's house. Apart from that they have not harassed either the petitioner or her family members.

4.Considering the prayer sought for by the petitioner and the second respondent has denied the alleged harassment stated by the petitioner and they went to the house of the petitioner, to watch the movement of the petitioner's husband. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, this petition is closed.
