Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. PONSARAVANAN.S, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (criminal Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time of furnishing sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate NO.II, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District , as per the extension of order in Crl.MP(MD) No.5186 of 2022 in Crl.OP(MD)No.4853 of 2022 dated 25.04.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to financial crisis, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.MP(MD)No.5186 of 2022 in Crl.OP(MD)No.4853 of 2022 dated 25.04.2022 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 25.04.2022 in Crl.MP(MD)No.5186 of 2022 in Crl.OP(MD)No.4853 of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
