To call for the records of the impugned judgment made in S.C.No.254 of 2017 on the file of the Learned IV Additional District Sessions Court, Madurai dated 25.03.2022 and set aside the same. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.JEGADEESH PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.NAMBI SELVAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5002 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD)No.290 of 2022 dated 20.04.2022, directing the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate V, Madurai, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has complied with the order of this Court till now. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
