ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the impugned order, dated 09.02.2021. Through the impugned order, the respondents have declined permission to cut Teak wood trees.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that pending writ petition, the petitioner had cut all the trees and First Information Report was also registered on 11.10.2021 in H.P.No.2021. The statement is recorded. 3/6

3. Recording the aforesaid statement, this Writ Petition stands dismissed.
