Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3107 of 2022 on 14.02.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.6641 of 2022 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3107 of 2022 on 14.02.2022 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in fifteen days at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
