When the matter came up for consideration on an earlier occasion on 28.03.2015, as there was no representation for the petitioner, the Writ Petition was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" today. 2.Today, in spite of the matter being listed under the caption "for dismissal, there is no representation for the petitioner. 3.This Court perused the materials on records. On perusal of the records, it is noticed that the relief sought in the Writ Petition is only for consideration of the representation, dated 16.03.2019 said to have been submitted by the petitioner before the second respondent. A copy of the said representation is also annexed along with this Writ Petition and on perusal of the same, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has made a request to disburse the provident fund amount said to have been payable to the petitioner's husband. However, said representation was 2/4
not furnished with all relevant particulars. In view of the same, no useful purpose would be served in directing the second respondent to consider the said representation.
4.In the said circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit a fresh representation furnishing all the particulars including EPF account details of the petitioner's deceased husband and on submission of the said representation by the petitioner, the second respondent shall consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of fresh representation filed by the petitioner.
