This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the third respondent, dated 02.09.2020 and for a consequential direction to the respondents to issue fresh tender notification by following the provisions as enumerated in Tamilnadu Transparency in Tenders Act 1998 and Tamilnadu Transparency in Tender Rules 2000. 2.Going by the nature of relief that is sought for in this Writ Petition, nothing will survive at this length of time. That apart, it is seen from the written instructions received from the respondents that all the works under the tender was completed in the year 2020 itself. 2/4

3.In view of the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
