O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to strictly instruct the second respondent, not to harass the petitioner and her family members by intervening into the civil dispute by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2018 within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, would submit that both

the parties have appeared for enquiry and thereafter, they came to a conclusion that both of them shall work out their remedy before the competent Civil Court, since the dispute is purely civil in nature and also a Civil Suit is pending before the Civil Court. Hence, the complaint was closed and he also produced a copy of the closure report before this Court.

4. In the light of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Civil Court to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(AS) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar(CS IV) PJL To
