ORDER

By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.D.Gandhiraj, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2, submits that the survey in the petition mentioned property has not been conducted in view of the civil litigation pending before the Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul in O.S. No. 310 of 2023.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing remains to be considered further in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
