O R D E R

This petitioner is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner received a life threat from the respondents 4 to 7 and therefore, he lodged a complaint and sought for police protection before the third respondent through representation dated 22.03.2025, but no action was taken. Therefore, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner is under Page No. 2 of 5

consideration and they will take appropriate action in accordance with law.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass orders.

5. According to the petitioner, the respondents 4 to 7 caused life threat to the petitioner. Thereafter, he sent the representation for police protection through representation dated 22.03.2025 and third respondent has not taken any action. The third respondent also admitted the receipt of the representation and the same is under consideration.

6. Therefore, this Court, recording the abovesaid submission, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2025 and take appropriate action in accordance with law after affording opportunity to both the parties within a period of 15 days from the date of this order.

7. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
