This petition has been filed for a direction to direct the first and second respondents to give police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner and her sister based on the representation dated 06.04.2023.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired in C.S.R.No.187 of 2023 and it was closed on 26.04.2023, by directing the parties to work out their remedy before the competent civil Court.

3. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
