The State has filed these applications to review the order dated 07.04.2025 passed by this court in WP(MD)Nos.26909 and 26910 of 2022. 2.When these review applications have been taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submits that as against the order dated 07.04.2025 passed by this court in WP(MD)Nos.26909 and 26910 of 2022, a writ appeal has been filed by the private respondent before the Division Bench and the Division Bench by order dated 21.05.2025 has granted an interim stay. He further submits that in view of the subsequent developments, they are not pressing these review applications. 3.Recording the above submission, these review applications are closed. No costs.
