O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no.1 to 3 to dispose the grievance complaint pending in S.P.G.P No.453 of 2025 dated 12.02.2025 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner sent a complaint to the respondents no.1 to 3 in SPGP No. 453 of 2025 dated 12.02.2025, but no action was taken. Therefore, he has filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 to 3 would submit that they received the complaint from the petitioner and the same is under enquiry. They will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition, this Court without even issuing notice to the 4th respondent inclined to pass orders in this petition.

5. According to the petitioner, he sent a complaint against the 4th respondent before the respondents no.1 to 3 on 12.02.2025, but no action was taken. The 3rd respondent has also admitted the receipt of the complaint and the same is under enquiry with him, it is appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the complaint of the petitioner and take appropriate action. In view of the same, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to consider the complaint of the petitioner dated 12.02.2025 in SPGP No. 453 of 2025 and act in accordance with law within a period of fifteen [15] days from the date of this order.

6. With the above said observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
