ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the leaned standing counsel appearing for TANGEDCO.
2. Even though the second respondent has been served and his name is printed in the cause list, there is no appearance on his behalf.
3. The petitioner seeks grant of electricity supply for the petition mentioned shop. It is seen that the petitioner is in possession of the same. It is true that the second respondent is questioning the petitioner's right. If that be so, the interest of the parties will have to be established elsewhere. The petitioner is willing to give an indemnity bond and fulfill the other formalities as required by the first respondent. Subject to such execution of indemnity bond and fulfilment of other formalities, the first respondent is directed to give electricity supply to the petition mentioned shop as expeditiously as possible.
4. The Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
