ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of the Women Harassment Act in Crime No.Not Known of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on the complaint preferred by the defacto complainant, an enquiry was initiated in C.S.R.No.260 of 2021 and the same is pending.

3.In view of the above submission, the respondent police is directed not to arrest the petitioner till the registration of case. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the investigation. If the case is registered, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition seeking the appropriate relief.
