ORDER
It is noted that the first respondent had already initiated proceedings pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, dated 02.04.2019. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case as to whether the temple is covered under the order passed in O.A.No.34 of 1987 or not, by directing the first respondent to complete the proceedings initiated in terms of the proceedings, dated 16.04.2019 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is needless to state that before passing such orders, the fourth respondent, who is the rival party in this writ petition, shall also be heard. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
