This petition is filed to direct the respondent to investigate and to file the final report in Crime No.34 of 2019 on the file of the respondent within the time stipulated as fixed by this Court.
2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.34 of 2019, which was registered against the accused persons, for the offences punishable under Sections 209, 406, 468, 420 and 120(b) of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after lapse of three years, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, this petition.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) seeks three months time to complete the investigation.

4. Considering the nature of crime, three months time is granted to complete the investigation and to file Final Report in Crime No.34 of 2019. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
