ORDER
The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus, to direct the first respondent to dispose the petitioner's appeal dated 19.03.2022.
2. I have heard the learned counsel on either side.
3. Considering the limited relief sought for as well as the pendency of the appeal for more than three years, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to hear the pending appeal of the petitioner and give opportunity to the parties interested and pass final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
