ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner seeks for removal of encroachment made by the third respondent herein.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the partial encroachments have been removed and that the remaining concrete structure will be removed shortly, in view of the undertaking given by the encroachers.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition stands disposed of, with a direction to the official respondents herein to see to it https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.14573 of 2019 that the encroachments are completely removed, in the manner known to law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
