This Civil Miscellaneous petition to set aside the order dated 04.06.2018 passed by this Hon'ble Court in the above C.R.P.(MD) No.163 of 2013 and restore the above Civil Revision Petition. Prayer in CRP(MD) No.163 of 2013:

This Civil Revision Petition filed Under Section 115 of Civil Procedure Code to set aside the Fair and Decretal order dated 05.07.2012 passed in E.A.No.132 of 2008 in E.A.No.78 of 2008 in E.P.No.267 of 2007 in O.S.No.563 of 2004 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Dindigul, and allow the present Civil revision Petition.

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the material papers, upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.Saravanan, Advocate for the petitioner, and of Mr.A.Thiyagarajan, Advocate for the respondent 1 and Mr.R.Manimaran, Advocate for the respondent 2 this court made the following order;

This petition has been filed to set aside the order of this Court dated 04.06.2018 in the above Civil revision petition and to restore the above civil revision petition.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to make necessary amendments in the main civil revision petition.
