ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus, Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to duly consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2025 and conduct enquiry within the fixed time stipulated by this Court.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that one V.Balamurali has made a representation dated 21.01.2025 to the third respondent seeking registration of the judgment and decree dated 20.07.1972 passed in O.S.No.430 of 2969 on the file of the Munsif Court, Manamadurai, which was rejected by the order of the third respondent dated 19.02.2025. Aggrieved over the same, the said V.Balamurali filed W.P(MD)No.4963 of 2025 before this Court and this Court by order dated 25.02.2025, passed an order setting aside the rejection order passed by the third respondent and directed him to register the judgment and decree. But the third respondent had registered the survey numbers which were not relevant to the judgment and decree dated 20.07.1972. Citing the error, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 19.03.2025 to the respondents to rectify the correction. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition came to be filed.
