The above petition has been filed seeking orders to declare the respondents 10 to 12 as major and discharge their father, the 8th respondent from the guardianship of those respondents in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.

3. The 8th respondent / guardian of the minor respondents 10 to 12 has not turned up and hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

4. Considering the above, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the main appeal.

After making amendment, notice is ordered to the respondents 10 to 12 returnable by 02.06.2026. Private Notice is also permitted.
