ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the dismissal order of the condition relaxation petition in Cr.M.P.No.1391 of 2018, dated 26.07.2018 passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Chintadripet Police Station, Chennai on every Tuesday and Thursday evening at 6.30 p.m. until further orders. The other conditions imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram in Cr.M.P.No.1391 of 2018 remains unchanged.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is partly allowed.
