ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.07.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner did not cooperate for enquiry and if the petitioner cooperate for enquiry, the enquiry will be completed within a period of two weeks. He further submitted there is no harassment at the hands of the respondent police except in accordance with law.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to cooperate for enquiry and appear before the respondent police as and when required for enquiry.

5. Recording the above said statement, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
