O R D E R

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to withdraw the case in IDOP.No.193 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court, Thiruppur and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Madurai. 1/4

2. The petitioner herein is the wife and the respondent is the husband. The marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnized on 27.08.2015. From the date of marriage, the respondent and his family members treated the petitioner cruelly and harassed her. Thereafter, the respondent deserted her and filed IDOP.No.193 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court, Thiruppur seeking divorce.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that now the petitioner is working at Trichy, whereas, the respondent is working at Chennai and hence, the said IDOP.No.193 of 2023 may be transferred to Family Court, Trichy.

4. On instructions, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that now, the petitioner is working at Trichy, whereas she is living with her parents at Madurai.

5. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side and also considering the fact that the petitioner / wife is working at Trichy, the IDOP.No.193 of 2023 pending on the file of the Family Court, Thiruppur, is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to 2/4

the file of the Family Court, Madurai. The learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai is directed to transmit the entire records pertaining to the case in IDOP.No.193 of 2023 to the transferee Court, within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dispose of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
