Prayer: Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order on punishment of removal of service issued by the 1st respondent in K1/Tha.Pa.No.24/2017, under Rule 3(b), of Tamil Nadu Police Subordinate Service (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1955, dated 18.06.2019, and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent herein to reinstate the petitioner into service in the post of Women Police Constable (No.1610) Armed Reserve, V, 5th Platoon, Pudukkottai District, Pudukkottai or any other suitable place, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.
