For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.1287 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 307 of IPC seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity the petitioner herein along with other accused said to have attacked the defacto complainant with iron rod and caused injuries. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would also submit that co-accused in this case was released on bail by the Sessions Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is a notorious rowdy element and due to previous enmity the petitioner herein along with other accused said to have attacked the defacto complainant with iron rod and caused injuries. He would also submit that six previous cases are pending against him, out of which three cases are pending for offence under Section NDPS Act and other cases are for offences under Sections 323,324 and 506(ii) of IPC.

5. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is a notorious rowdy element and having previous cases this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence this petition stands dismissed.
