PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to order the Transfer of investigation Crime No. 31/2021 Pending with the 3rd Respondent to the Crime branch Crime Investigation Department (CBCID) Sivagangai for Proper investigation of the case.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation Crime No. 31/2021 pending on the file of the third respondent to the Crime branch Crime Investigation Department (CBCID) Sivagangai for proper investigation of the case.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police after registration of the First Information Report, the third respondent conducted investigation and also about to complete the same.

3. Under such circumstances, if the transfer of investigation is orders, the entire investigation done by the third respondent would be spoiled.

4. In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report before the concerned Court within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further the second respondent is directed to monitor the investigation done by the third respondent.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
