ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 379 IPC and Section 21 (i) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.320 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution.
3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

the petitioner's earlier petition for anticipatory bail. There is no change of circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
