ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed by the Management of the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation, Tirunelveli Region, challenging the award of the Labour Court, Tirunelveli in I.D.No.22 of 2014. 2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the transport Corporation has submitted that the Corporation has already implemented the award of the labour Court.

3.In view of the above said facts, nothing survives to be adjudicated. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. 15.07.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No RJR 2/3
