This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb on the basis of the representations dated 25.08.2020 and 26.08.2020. 2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the fourth respondent and based on which, an enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.120 of 2020 and during enquiry, if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
